Here you will find our Questions & Answers section. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us and we will help!
1I paid my order by bank transfer, what now?
Once we receive your payment (this usually takes 1-2 business days - so if you pay on Friday, it will be received on Monday or Tuesday), you will receive an automatic email from us (make sure you check your spam folder folder!). You will then receive another email within 24 hours informing you that your order has been shipped. If your order has been tracked, you will receive your tracking details in a separate email from us.
2What is the maximum delivery time?
Arrival times vary by country and shipping method, making it difficult to give an exact date/delivery time. Enclosed are our estimates of maximum delivery times:

German Post
All German orders are shipped by Deutsche Post.
Average delivery time - can take up to 1 week

PostNL not tracked
To Netherlands - can take up to 5 days

To France and Belgium
- can take up to 2-3 weeks

To Canada -
can take up to 6 weeks

To Australia - can take up to 6-7 weeks

To Japan - can take up to 6 weeks

To Ireland - can take up to 3 weeks

To the rest of the world - takes between 2-6 weeks

France - can last up to 2-3 weeks

Spain, Portugal, Italy - may take 3 weeks or longer

Rest of Europe - can take up to 3-4 weeks
3Where can I find my order / shipping confirmation email?
You will receive an email to the email account you specified when you registered or placed your order (if you checked out as a guest).

Reasons why you may not have received a confirmation email:
  • It is in your spam folder
  • The email was not delivered (some email providers block emails quite radically).
  • Your email address contained a typo
  • If you do not receive an automated email from us, please try adding our email to your whitelist or feel free to get in touch via the contact form or live chat!
    4Where will my order be shipped from?
    All 1D-LSD orders are shipped from our headquarters.
    5Which countries are supplied?
    We deliver to all countries except UK, USA, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland.

    Restrictions on certain products may apply as laws are constantly changing.

    Please check the current laws in your jurisdiction before placing an order!
    6Shipping without tracking
    All orders shipped with tracking will come with a free 100% return shipping if your order has not arrived within 4 weeks (within the EU) or 6 weeks (outside the EU) or has been detected as lost before these dates.

    We do NOT offer free replacements for untracked orders.

    Orders seized by customs will not be reshipped.
    7I forgot to include my order number as a payment description/reference, what should I do?
    If you made the payment under the same name in your shipping/billing address, you do not need to do anything.

    If the payment was made under a different name, please email us with your order number and a screenshot of the payment.
    8When will my order be shipped?
    All orders with payments confirmed before 13:00 CET will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise specified or products are on backorder/out of stock.

    If you have paid by bank transfer, it may take 1-2 business days for the payment to be received and confirmed in our account.

    As soon as the payment is received and assigned to your order, you will receive an automated email from us and in addition another email as soon as the order is shipped!

    Please make sure you use your order number as the payment reference and use the same name and billing address as the account you are paying from to ensure there are no delays!
    9How many days a week do you ship?
    We ship orders between Monday and Friday. All orders after 13: 00 CET on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

    When we are very busy, we sometimes pack orders on the weekend to ship on Monday. If you receive an email on Saturday or Sunday with the title "Your order has been completed", this is why!
    10How is my order packed?
    We take every precaution when packing your order to ensure it arrives safely at its destination.

    We keep each package as flat and unobtrusive as possible.

    There is no indication of the contents of the package on the outside of the package.
    11What if my order does not arrive?
    In the event that your order does not arrive, we have two options:

  • All customers who have chosen to ship with tracking will receive their complete order again if it has not arrived after 4 weeks and an investigation with the carrier.
  • Untracked orders are not eligible for our return shipping service. If your order does not arrive, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help!


  • GERMAN CUSTOMERS

    If your order has not arrived after 8 business days from shipment, please contact us to initiate an investigation with Deutsche Post.
    12What payment methods are accepted?
    We currently only accept bank transfers!

    We do NOT accept Paypal & no cryptocurrencies.
    13Do you offer free samples?
    We do not provide free samples except to long-time customers with whom we have established a relationship!

    14Where are you sitting?
    We are a German company! This means that we can process and ship our German orders domestically (within Germany) and offer super fast shipping without the risk of customs seizures.
    15How should lysergamide be stored?
    The lysergamides (e.g. 1P-LSD, 1V-LSD, AL-LAD, 1D-LSD, etc.) should be stored:

  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Away from moisture
  • Under 25°
  • Sealed in the refrigerator or freezer for long term storage (6 months+).

  • With proper storage, any lysergamide will keep for many years.
    16How should I store tryptamines?
    Tryptamines (e.g. 4-HO-MET, 5-MeO-DMT, 5-MeO-MiPT etc.) should be stored:

  • In the refrigerator in a sealed container (especially if stored for longer than a few weeks).
  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Away from moisture
  • For longer storage (6 months+), store sealed in the freezer.
  • 17How should I store phenethylamines?
    Phenethylamines (e.g. 2C-B-FLY, 5-MAPB, 3-FEA etc) should be stored:

  • In a cool, dry place
  • Protect from direct sunlight

  • Phenethylamines generally have a long shelf life and should perform well for years under these conditions.
    18How should Arylcyclohexylamine (Dissociative) be stored?
    Arylcyclohexylamines (e.g., 2-FDCK, 3-MeO-PCP, DMXE, etc.) should be stored:

  • In a cool, dry place
  • Protect from direct sunlight

  • Arylcyclohexylamines should have a shelf life of many years if protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
    19When will I receive my return if my order is lost?
    We will resend an order after a certain time (depending on the country) or if the tracking status shows that the order has been returned to us.

    This is the time we generally wait before resending an order:

    Netherlands - 10 days
    Germany - 10 days
    Belgium - 2 weeks
    France - 3 weeks
    Rest of Europe - 4 weeks

    If the tracking shows that the package is still in motion and it is likely that the order has not been lost, we may wait a little longer to verify whether or not the package has been lost.
    20Do you ship to DHL Packstations?
    No, we do not ship to DHL packing stations as your order will be returned to us as it is sent as a package, not a parcel.
    21Do you ship to DPD parcel points/postal warehouses/mailboxes?
    No, we do not ship to packing stations etc.
